Know Your Rights
California drivers have the right to choose the auto body repair shop that repairs damage covered by their insurance company. An insurance company cannot require you to use a specific repair facility, although it may recommend one under conditions established by California law.
You may also obtain an independent repair estimate from a registered auto body repair shop while pursuing an insurance claim. Body Worx Collision can inspect the damage, prepare a repair estimate, explain the repair process, and communicate with your insurance company while keeping you informed throughout the claim.
Every repair we perform is backed by a written lifetime warranty for as long as you own your vehicle. We’re committed to your satisfaction, not just today but for years to come.
Schedule an estimate appointment so our team can inspect the visible damage, discuss the repair process, and explain the next steps. During your appointment, we can also help you understand the information your insurance company may request and answer questions about coordinating the repair.
Flexible Financing
for
Collision Repairs
Financing options may be available for qualified customers who need help covering an insurance deductible, customer-pay repairs, or portions of a repair bill that are not covered by insurance.
How It Works
1. Request an Estimate
Start by scheduling an estimate so our team can inspect the visible damage and discuss the anticipated repair process.
2. Review Available Financing Options
We can provide information about available financing options after reviewing the estimate and expected customer-pay amount.
3. Apply With the Financing Provider
Complete the provider’s application and review the available rates, terms, and payment options.
4. Schedule the Repair
Once financing and repair arrangements are confirmed, our team can help schedule your vehicle’s repair.
Financing may be used for:
Insurance deductibles
Customer-pay collision repairs
Cosmetic repairs
Repair costs not covered by insurance
Financing is available to qualified applicants. Approval, credit requirements, interest rates, payment amounts, and other terms are established by the financing provider. Financing availability does not guarantee repair authorization or insurance coverage.
